Philly Cheese Steak Pizza


1 white onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
4 oz. deli roast beef, shaved
3 T Worchestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 T olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cups grated mozzarella
5-6 slices provolone

In a skillet, saute the onions, green peppers, mushrooms, salt, and pepper in olive oil until cooked through.  Add the roast beef and cook another 3 minutes.  Add Worchestershire sauce, stir, and remove from heat.  Brush prepared pizza crust with 3 T olive oil and crushed garlic.  Top with the meat and vegetable mixture.  Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over top, and layer on provolone slices. 

If you parbaked the pizza crust, bake at 400-425 degrees for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.  If you did not parbake the pizza crust, the cooking time will need to be increased.  Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.  Enjoy!
